A-MATE® Lite

A-MATE® Lite is a compact, fully electric mobile robot with a counterbalanced design for transporting pallets, dollies, and roll carts.

It operates in warehouses, production facilities, and parcel operations where reliable movement of load carriers is required. The customizable fork design allows A-MATE Lite to handle a wide range of standard and customer-specific load carriers.

Its slim structure and omnidirectional drive system allow smooth movement and precise positioning in narrow aisles and confined work areas.

A-MATE® Lite Overview

A-MATE® Lite provides flexible, scalable automation for moving load carriers in warehouses and production facilities. Key specifications include:

Reliable Load Handling

A-MATE® Lite combines a slim design with an omnidirectional drive system, allowing reliable operation in tight aisles and confined work areas.

The robot is built for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments.

With its flexible fork design, A-MATE® Lite can transport dollies, roll carts, and half-EURO pallets (31.5 × 23.6 inches / 800 × 600 mm). Lithium-ion batteries support long run times for 24/7 operation, while the electric FreeLift enables floor-to-floor handling and precise pickup and drop-off.

Additional features include:

  • 3D load detection for accurate pickup and placement
  • 3D obstacle detection to monitor the surrounding area
  • Automatic obstacle avoidance for smooth and safe operation
