AutoMate Your Load Carrier Movements

A-MATE® FreeLift

A-MATE® FreeLift is an intelligent mobile robot built to transport pallets and containers in warehouses, production facilities, and parcel operations.

It can operate in both AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) modes, allowing the system to adapt to different facility layouts and navigation requirements.

In AGV mode, A-MATE FreeLift follows defined routes and operates fully autonomously—moving loads between workstations, shelves, and conveyors without a driver.

Benefits of A-MATE® FreeLift

A-MATE® FreeLift combines a slim design with an omnidirectional drive system, allowing it to maneuver smoothly through tight aisles and crowded work areas.

The electric FreeLift mechanism raises loads without scissor components beneath the forks, enabling floor-to-floor transport as well as pickup and delivery from racks and conveyors. A-MATE FreeLift handles loads up to 2,200 pounds (1,000 kg) and lifts them to heights of up to 39 inches (1 meter).

360-degree laser scanner coverage continuously monitors the robot’s surroundings, helping support safe operation around people, equipment, and work areas.

From the blog

Increasingly, companies want to train and deploy personnel for tasks that require special skills, and automate everything else to the greatest possible degree. Repetitive tasks including moving heavy load carriers can already be automated to facilitate efficient, safe, and ergonomic working environments. Mobile robots are not yet commonly used by postal and parcel operators, but ...
