The Add‑On Doors Fold give you a fast, durable way to turn any 2‑sided roll cart into a secure 4‑sided load carrier. They help keep goods in place throughout transport and handling, and their unique folding design lets operators open the doors neatly in half for quick access without slowing down workflow.
These doors are simple to retrofit and help eliminate the need for shrink wrap—cutting handling time, reducing material costs, and lowering shrinkage.
Each Add‑On Door Fold attaches to the roll cart with two textile straps that are pop‑riveted on one side. The door is made from polyester with a PVC surface and closes using three straps equipped with plastic hooks.
Every unit includes four removable straps—three on one side and one on the opposite side alongside the pop‑riveted straps. The design is fully compatible with K.Hartwall roll carts and can be customized with different strap layouts for freezer environments, mixed‑temperature zones, or high‑volume picking operations.
