K.Hartwall welcomes MIMM as new AGV Distribution Partner

MIMM engineers GmbH is based in Innsbruck, Austria. The software-focused company specializes in mobile robotics solutions. Strategically located in the DACH region and Italy, MIMM serves as a trusted partner for businesses across Europe. Their expertise lies in developing and integrating cutting-edge autonomous systems to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability in industrial and logistics operations.

This strategic partnership represents a significant milestone in our mission to expand the distribution of our Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) across the DACH region. By combining the expertise of K.Hartwall and MIMM, we are confident in our ability to enhance market penetration and attract new customers for our A MATE® AMRs within the region.

“With MIMM engineers, we are proud to welcome a forward-thinking and innovative partner. Their expertise in Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and commitment to cutting-edge engineering solutions align perfectly with our vision, making them an ideal fit for the vibrant and dynamic market of Austria.”, says Dr. Ralf Kleedörfer, Head of Automation at K.Hartwall. Andreas Mimm, Managing Director at MIMM engineers adds: “The A-MATE® AMR is a game-changer for intralogistics. Its software-driven precision and adaptability streamline material handling processes, reducing manual labour and minimizing errors. With its seamless integration capabilities, the A-MATE® is perfectly suited for our customers, providing a scalable and innovative solution to meet the demands of modern logistics and production environments.”

The A-MATE® product family includes the A-MATE® FreeLift AGV and the counterbalanced A-MATE® Counter. They are both designed to handle various Material Handling Equipment such as pallets (open and closed), roll containers, foldable cages, large load carriers and sequence frames. Equipped with an electric free lift they are able to handle loads floor-to-floor as well as on racks and conveyors. They are therefore and ideal asset to MIMM’s portfolio. This will also go for the newest A-MATE® that K.Hartwall will present at this year’s LogiMAT in Stuttgart. The A-MATE® Lite AMR is especially designed for the transport of dollies and roll cages and is equipped with a flexible fork concept it can be adjusted to customer specific load carriers. “We believe that with this full range AMR portfolio we and our AGV partners can offer holistic AGV solutions to our customers that enable them to overcome increasing challenges in labour shortage and scalable production capacities”, concludes Dr. Ralf Kleedörfer.
