Add-on door Flex

The add-on doors Flex are an easy and efficient solution to transform an existing fleet of 2-sided roll containers into a 4-sided load carrier, while maintaining visibility of the goods inside. The transparent design allows operators to quickly inspect contents without opening the door, supporting faster workflows in retail, e-commerce, and high-volume logistics environments.

The add-on doors Flex are easy to retrofit and enable you to eliminate the need for shrink wrapping, helping to reduce handling times, secondary packaging costs, and shrinkage. Thanks to their non-foldable construction, the doors open and close quickly, making them particularly suitable for operations where speed and visual control are key.

The add-on door Flex is fixed to the roll cage with textile hinges that wrap around the fiberglass tube, allowing damaged hinges to be replaced easily. The door can be closed with two straps, available in rubber or textile, depending on operational and ergonomic requirements. Independent lab testing has confirmed the high strength and durability of the hinges and straps, outperforming comparable competitor solutions.

The solution is fully compatible with K.Hartwall roll containers and can be customised with different strap types and placements for use in freezers, mixed ambient environments, or demanding logistics applications.
