The remuneration is regularly benchmarked to the local labour market and environment. On top of the fixed base salary, we reward our employees with additional annual payouts based on both company and individual performance. The staff is offered the opportunity to invest in company C-shares and enjoy the success of the company via discounts, dividends and favourable share value development.
Flexible worktime arrangements
We allow work from home whenever the work tasks permit. As a family business we understand and care for our employees’ work & private life balance. Every now and then we arrange a Family Day at work so that family members get to know our company.

I live in the South of the Netherlands and have a passion for working with people from different countries, backgrounds, cultures and walks of life. I believe it is the interaction which makes us a “richer” person.
In my role as Sales Manager for Western Europe at K.Hartwall I support our (future) customers to find the best logistics solution for their processes, whether it is a more traditional one such as the Foldia or a more advanced one such as the A-MATE or the LiftLiner.

and I come from a small town in Czech Republic. I have been working for K.Hartwall for more than 5 years – first in the Czech office and since 2021 in the Finnish headquarter.
My role is Market Service for Central Europe which means many things, but to support our sales team and our customers is the short story. My working days are never the same.

I live in Suzhou located in South-Eastern China. The city is close to Shanghai and has a history of over 2500 years.
I am mainly responsible for the distributor product sale such as Orgatex Visual Management portfolio. I also support the team with local marketing and sales activities.
