Add-on door Fold

The add-on doors Fold are one of the easiest and most sustainable solution to transform an existing fleet of 2-sided roll container into a 4-sided load carrier. They help maintain the goods inside the roll container. The particularity of this model is to fold neatly in half when opened, making it easy for operators to access goods without slowing down workflows. 

The add-on doors Fold are easy to retrofit and enable you to eliminate the need for shrink wrapping, which reduces both handling times and costs of secondary packages and shrinkage.  

The add-on door Fold is fixed to the roll cages with two textile straps which are pop rivetted on one side. The door is made polyester with a PVC surface. It can be closed with 3 straps equipped with a plastic hook.  

Each door is equipped with four removable straps – 3 on one side and 1 on the other side together with the poprivetted straps. The solution is fully compatible with K.Hartwall roll containers and can be customised with different strap layouts for operations in freezers, mixed ambient zones, or high-volume picking environments.
