For the successful integration of our A-MATE® AGVs we provide you with an own gateway A-GATE®.
This web-based user interface connects various hardware and software components and supports a variety of communication protocols, e.g. REST, TCP/IP and MQTT. A-GATE® is provided as a Docker container, ensuring a quick and easy installation process.
A-GATE enables an easy implementation of AGVs in complex systems including fleet managers, customised software (e.g. ERP systems) and peripheral devices (e.g. wireless sensors, fire alarm systems and doors). This simplifies connectivity and avoids complex and costly integrations.
The first version v1.1 offers features such as the creation and execution of transport orders, an always up-to-date documentation library as well as a license and user management which can be tailored to meet the needs of the end-user.

Our video showcases the successful process integration of our AGV A-MATE® FreeLift at Schaeffler. It ensures reliable load carrier movements even in narrow paths, fulfils the safety requirements and helps digitalize the supply chain.
We implemented four A-MATE® FreeLift in Denmark. They ensure the automated transport of pallets from a buffer area to assembly cells and interact safely with other line-guided AGVs, human workers and manually driven forklifts.
