DYCSA our new Lean partner in Mexico

The automotive industry in Mexico has grown fast over the past few years and now represents 20% of the country’s manufacturing base. Nowadays most of the main car manufacturers and their suppliers are based in the country because of the lower labor costs and rapidly growing skilled workforce.

Mexico is currently one of the largest car manufacturer in the world and is expected to grow even further in the future.

Because of this K.Hartwall wanted to reinforce its local presence in the Mexican market. We therefore needed an experienced partner. We found it in DYCSA.

DYCSA was set up in 2002 to provide Manufacturing and Automation solutions for different industries such as Automotive, Electronics, Pharmaceutical, Food or Aeronautical industries.
