ISO certification renewed

On 7th of November our ISO certificates 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 for Quality and Environment were renewed for the three years to come. It is important for us to always strive to improve our quality and environmental performance requirements.

The certification received is for the design, development, manufacturing, marketing, sales and delivery of returnable goods carriers products and services.

ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certifications are voluntary and the only ISO Management Standards for which companies can be certified. It encompasses a strong customer focus, the involvement of all personnel and the strict follow up of the processes in place.

“We are proud to have renewed these certifications without any deviations” says Jerker Hartwall, CEO of K.Hartwall. “It shows that we are 100% committed to the quality of our products, the satisfaction of our customers on a global scale and the preservation of the environment and we are aware of the risks involved in the business.”
