With the combination of Hy-Tek’s enterprise logistics platform and K.Hartwall’s Automated Guided Vehicles, the A-MATE® FreeLift and the A-MATE® Counter, customers will now achieve a much faster return on investment by reducing operational costs and increasing efficiency in their intralogistics processes.

AGVs and mobile robots automate the product flow in demanding environments, such as factories, warehouses, and sorting centers. They also decrease the dependency on skilled labor, process errors, and the risk of accidents. Ultimately, K.Hartwall’s A-MATE® solutions will offer Hy-Tek’s customers a means of transporting unit loads without the need for an on-board operator and the use of specialized transfer stands.

K.Hartwall’s A-MATE® Counter offers customers across all industries the benefit of a fully electric mobile robot that has cantilevered forks and counterweight to move various load carriers like GMA pallets and cages.
The A-MATE® FreeLift on the other hand, is compatible with many cages and Euro-style pallets and offers an omnidirectional drive system for maneuverability in the tightest of spaces. It also has the capability to stack loads, as the scissor-free lift design and pallet detection functionality automatically adjusts to skewed pallets.
